JAKARTA, October 2026 – Pullman Jakarta Central Park presented “The Art of Wine Journey 2.0” that was held at BUNK Lounge & Bar on Thursday, 15 October 2026, an intimate wine-tasting experience with Wakefield Wines. Bringing together a distinguished selection of Australian wines, thoughtfully crafted culinary pairings, and live entertainment, the event was designed as an elegant gathering that celebrates the art of wine and meaningful connections.

The evening featured Mr. Daniel VanderHave, Regional Director Asia, Wakefield Wines, who guided guests through the tasting journey while sharing insights into the wines’ origins, distinctive characteristics, and the winemaking philosophy behind the brand. The collaboration reflects Pullman Jakarta Central Park’s interest in Wakefield Wines’ distinctive winemaking heritage, combining three generations of family winemaking heritage with a commitment to crafting wines that express the unique character of their growing regions. Established in 1969, the Australian winery offers an extensive wine portfolio that showcases the individuality of each grape variety and its regional expression. The event brought together representatives from the corporate community, media, and influencers to discover the character and heritage of Wakefield Wines through a curated lineup of five selections: Wakefield Estate Sauvignon Blanc and Wakefield Estate Chardonnay at IDR 750,000++ each, Wakefield St. Andrew Riesling at IDR 950,000++, and Wakefield St. Andrew Shiraz and Wakefield St. Andrew Cabernet Sauvignon at IDR 1,000,000++ each.

Each wine was thoughtfully paired with a selection of canapés prepared by the food & beverage team at Pullman Jakarta Central Park, creating a refined gastronomic experience that highlights the harmony between wine and food. Elevating the evening’s ambience, DJ Yosa delivered a special performance with a touch of jazz, introducing a vibrant yet refined rhythm to the evening while complementing the sophisticated setting of BUNK Lounge & Bar. “Wine is not only about what is in the glass, but also about the stories, craftsmanship, and moments shared around it.
