Marco Miglioli is a culinary maestro with over 17 years of experience. He embarked on his journey, perfecting his skills by joining numerous restaurant brigades. He earned his knowledge by working alongside culinary legends in Italy and London. Following experiences as a private chef in France and Dubai, he joined a prestigious restaurant in a recently awarded 5-star hotel in Turin. Within a year, his culinary brilliance earned him a prestigious Michelin star in 2018-2019. His culinary masterpieces transcend boundaries, presenting an exquisite blend of flavors and cultures on every plate, especially Mediterranean heritages. Since 2022, Chef Marco has started his career in Indonesia and became the Executive Chef at Amalfi Ristorante.
